The Pest Control Man

I am thinking about lessons from the political scene in Canada. Here is one. This woman was sitting at her desk at home writing Policy. She looked up and saw the Pest Control Van parked near her driveway. She hurried outside to catch the Driver before he left. She found him in his driver’s seat and when he opened his window, she told him earnestly how frustrated she was with pests in her house. She told him about the kind of pests they were, and how they were making her life difficult. Then the next day she went away for the weekend. When she got back she found an invoice in her screen door and all her pests were gone. She was very angry.
The moral of this story is: If you don’t want your pests removed, do not complain to the Pest Control Man.
